Benefits of Foam Rolling

1️⃣For all my exercise enthusiasts, here are some benefits to foam rolling and why you should do it more often.

2️⃣Increased Blood Flow- By applying force to your muscles and connective tissue over a period of time, blood is squeezed out and replaced by a flood of fresh blood.

3️⃣Improved movements- with that being said the more you foam roll you’re movements in a workout will be smoother and you’d be less likely to injure a muscle.

4️⃣Decreased Recovery Time- After you work out those muscles build up with lactic acid. By foam rolling post-workout it helps to flush the acid away by recruiting fresh blood and nutrients to fatigued muscle groups.

5️⃣Faster Results- The quicker your recovery the faster your results. if an athlete stays healthy over a longer period of time they will be able to train more frequently, which will end up with the production of faster results.
