Let’s take a moment and go back to when you were a kid. You probably felt pretty limber, almost like you we were indestructible.
Now come back to reality and go back to how you felt when you first woke up this morning. More times than not there’s something that hurts, maybe a little creaky or even just tight.
As the day goes on you probably could shake off some of the pain and the creakiness but then have to relive it in the morning.
Think of the car you drive. That car needs to be consistent with its maintenance or will begin to run inefficiently. Your body is the same way. A really effective way of taking care of your body is Assisted Stretching.
Assisted Stretching can do absolute wonders for your body. Having someone there to assist with the stretch can help your muscles relax. When your muscles relax that means more
flexibility and less stress.
With good flexibility comes goof mobility. Having flexibility and muscle coordination can help prevent mobility limitations. Having a regular assisted stretching routine helps your muscles stay active and engaged.
Furthermore, stretching increases blood supply throughout your whole body by increasing the elasticity in your muscles, joints, connective tissues, and blood vessels. When you create more circulation your body will be able to absorb more oxygen and nutrients.
You don’t have to be an athlete to enjoy the benefits of assisted stretching. Just think how good it would feel throughout your day to have more movement and fewer limitations.
